I still sell about 100 a week. With the increase of people leveling alts (mainly Death Knights) there has been an increase demand for bags. Since Frostweave Bags are still rather expensive, many people are opting out to purchasing Netherweave Bags.
The number break-down (prices according to www.wowecon.com)
A stack of Netherweave Cloth goes for 3g a stack.
The Rune Thread needed costs 50silver (or cheaper if you’re exalted with the faction which I recommend since you will probably be purchasing a lot)
The bags sell for 10g.
